Physical products
You may return unused physical products (printed paper patterns and sewing tools) in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery.
- Email support@sewi.fyi with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will reply with the return address and instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship the item back with a trackable service. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping fees are refunded only for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
Digital products
Because courses, PDF patterns and garment bundles are delivered instantly, they cannot be returned once a file has been downloaded or a course lesson has been played. If you have not yet downloaded or played the product, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
If a file is faulty or a course cannot be played and we cannot fix the problem, we will refund you in full.
Membership
You can cancel your membership at any time from your account to stop future renewals. If you contact us within 7 days of your first payment and have not used member-only content, we will refund that payment in full.
Exchanges
We do not exchange items directly. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
